Feature Suggestion: Detect and Split Multiple Tasks from a Single Sentence
Currently, when inputting a sentence like: "I need to feed the turtle and buy napkins" The app creates a single task, when it clearly should’ve been two. Suggested Enhancement: Automatically detect and split multiple tasks from a single input, and create separate todo items for each. Expected behaviour: Input: "I need to feed the turtle and buy napkins"Output: Feed the turtle Buy napkins This would improve usability and align the app with common patterns in how people naturally express their todo lists. Why it's useful: Reduces manual editing by the user Makes task tracking clearer and more structured Leverages the power of the LLM for intelligent task decomposition

Open a dialog upon clicking on a todo.
Just like the “center peek” page opening on Notion, could be used to add notes. Keeping it super simple, this app is good because it’s not cluttered.

Set Urgency button can be clicked multiple times and creates duplicate tasks
When I click the Set Urgency button, it doesn’t get disabled, so I can click it over and over. Every time I click, it creates another task with the same info. The button should probably be disabled after the first click to avoid this.

I want to be able to add a custom section rather than just the Today, next 7 days, and upcoming. I want to be able to, for example, add something like V2 section, or a discontinued section, etc.

Dynamic link a todo to Notion objects. Have previews of block content within the expanded todo card for easy preview context. Bonus points for simple write back of notion content (e.g simple tables) for quick glance and update of todo context stored within notion.

ToDo List with MCP and AI
If it can replace https://github.com/eyaltoledano/claude-task-master… and provide MCP for it, it will be a killer app!!! Just imagine that you can control tasks for your IDE by AI, ask AI to implement a specific task, or create sub-tasks from top-level tasks. As I said, it will be a killer app. (docker container or online - will be the best for it)
